Gregory Sarangoulis is the founder and owner of GMI First, Inc. His company is an industry leader in the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical contractor space. Founded in 1993, GMI First’s experience now extends more than twenty years and generates millions of dollars in sales annually. Located in Reading, Pennsylvania, they have managed projects in surrounding areas including New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Delaware.
Greg also owns a portfolio of properties in Pennsylvania including a number of student housing/market rate apartment complexes. At the moment Lions Gate Luxury Apartments in Bloomsburg and 525 Student Apartments in Reading are all fully operational. Also, the Advantage Point Student Apartments bordering the Kutztown University Campus and Apollo Point Luxury Apartments in Berks County are fully approved and shovel ready projects. All properties are the result of Greg’s significant investment and management efforts
